Welcome to the Verge Peptides Affiliate Program. By applying for or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms. Please read them carefully before joining.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Verge Peptides Affiliate Program, you must:

- Maintain an active affiliate account.

2. Independent Relationship

Participation in the affiliate program does not create any employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship.
3. Use of Brand Assets
Approved affiliates may use Verge Peptides logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for promoting Verge Peptides.
Affiliates may not:
- Modify our logo without permission.
- Misrepresent the Verge Peptides brand.
- Register domains or social media accounts using our trademarks.
- Imply official endorsement beyond participation in the affiliate program.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Verge Peptides honestly and responsibly.
The following activities are prohibited:
- False or misleading advertising.
- Spam emails or unsolicited messages.
- Fake reviews or testimonials.
- Paid advertising using Verge Peptides trademark keywords without written approval.
- Any deceptive marketing practices.
5. Affiliate Links
Each affiliate receives a unique referral link.
Commissions are credited only when purchases are completed using the assigned affiliate link and all program requirements have been met.
Lost or manually assigned referrals cannot be guaranteed.
6. Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases.
Commission eligibility depends on:
- Successful payment completion.
- Valid referral tracking.
- Compliance with all Affiliate Program Terms.
- Orders not being refunded, cancelled, or identified as fraudulent.
Verge Peptides reserves the right to modify commission rates or promotional incentives at any time.
7. Payments
Commission payments are generally processed according to the affiliate payment schedule.
Payments may be delayed or withheld if:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Referral violations are detected.
- Required tax or payment information is incomplete.
- Minimum payout threshold has not been reached.
8. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to manipulate referral tracking or commissions may result in:
- Immediate account suspension.
- Cancellation of unpaid commissions.
- Permanent removal from the affiliate program.
- Possible legal action where applicable.
Products are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees regarding specific research results.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product images, website content, graphics, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Verge Peptides.
Affiliates receive only a limited, revocable license to use approved promotional materials.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential business information, commission structures, marketing strategies, customer information, or proprietary materials obtained through the affiliate program.
11. Termination
Verge Peptides may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if an affiliate:
- Violates these terms.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Damages the Verge Peptides brand.
- Becomes inactive for an extended period.
Upon termination, all promotional rights immediately end.
12. Limitation of Liability
Verge Peptides is not responsible for:
- Lost profits.
- Business interruptions.
- Technical tracking failures.
- Third-party platform issues.
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
